I met Lisa back when she owned an adorable hair salon downtown Independence. She was super friendly and outgoing! When she told me she was transitioning to real estate, she was my first choice when it came time to sell my house. She made the process simple. She walked us through it and nudged us along as we needed it. When offers came in, she gave us the information we needed to make a smart decision. When the buyer wanted us to make repairs, she helped us negotiate the request to a reasonable amount, and also recommended local, affordable contractors who could help us. We had to move out of state before our house ever hit the market: She stayed in touch, sent documents via email, but most important of all - she was there to make sure our home was market ready, and we were truly grateful for all the extra work she put into selling our home.
