Mike Miceli was fantastic. We had specific criteria and were moving from seven hours away, which made things complicated. But Mike was with us all the way. He understood what we were looking for and passed on homes and locations, honing in on our needs and wants. He pointed out things we weren't thinking about which made our deliberations and decisions better. He matched how he responded to us based on how we were doing- if we were laid back and joking, he did too; if we were concerned and had questions, he treated them seriously and walked us through explanations and options; He worked hard for us! We fell he was the perfect match and we are so thankful we took the recommendation to use him. We recommend him highly!
Last summer I was single and self employed having the worst time finding a rental. Mike have my application the time of day and got me into a great place. When my husband and I got married, there was no question who we were going to work with to buy our first home. Mike was looking out for us, it felt like working with an older brother. We fell in love with the first house we looked at- He helped us put in a great offer which was accepted two weeks later. During the two weeks of thinking our offer wasn't accepted, he graciously responded to messages about other properties and was prompt to get us in to see ones we were interested in. He helped us along the loan process as well, making sure we were informed and got a first time home buyer grant we would have otherwise missed.
