As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I didn't really know what to expect. Jessica helped us find and visit homes in our desired area (within 30 min of Athens), talked us through all the different things to consider, helped us determine reasonable offers/requests, and walked us through every step of the process. Aside from her helping us find a home we loved at a price that was under our budget, the best thing about working with Jessica is how easy she was to get in touch with.
