Mike Timmons was amazing to work with. After many years of renting this property, I was ready to sell. While I thought he was fantastic in all areas, where he really stood out from the rest of agents was with his ability to oversee all repairs and make sure that the property was 1) ready to show to potential buyers and 2) once we had a contract (which was within a week of the listing) he made sure that the buyer's repair requests were completed to satisfaction! I have recommended him to many friends and actually I worked with him again in 2020 to sell another property with the same great results.

I went to Mike Timmons not even knowing where to start when it came to buying a home. Mike made my first home purchase a breeze! He answered any questions I have quickly, he was laid back and wasn't pushy when it came to looking at homes. He was also considerate of me and my crazy night shift schedule which was a blessing!!
