***DO NOT USE**** we are the buyer. She represents the seller. We gave money and had already signed the contract and had verbal agreement and agreed to our price but they let someone undercut our contract. How unethical that is!?! That is so wrong!?!?!? While we look for another house, we dang sure wont look at ANY houses by these people!!!! *******DO NOT USE THEM******
