We made on offer on a listing managed by Ryan in June of 2020. Unfortunately due to his inattentiveness, unprofessionalism and complete disregard for the listing we couldnt finish closing until August of 2021 (14 months).
Our real estate agent had to step in and help the seller navigate through the transaction due to Ryans carelessness. The only time he seemed to be prompt and attentive was to show up at closing to collect his paycheck.
