Highly recommend Tracey, especially to military families. She understands military life personally, and is knowledgeable on commute times, traffic, etc. I rarely had to ask for more information, as she was transparent in providing everything and explaining anything we didn't understand. Tracey continuously supplied me with houses that fit my price range and desires. This allowed me to look through a large number of houses to narrow down 5 or 6 final options. From offer through closing, Tracey was extremely helpful and accessible. Although there were some challenges with purchasing a new build, Tracey was extremely helpful and receptive despite some timeline challenges towards the date of closing.
