Rochelle was the absolute BEST agent to work with! My husband and I were looking to buy our first home and with that comes ALOT of questions and things you might not understand yet. Rochelle was ALWAYS available to answer anything and provided constant support for all our questions and concerns through the year and half it took us to find our perfect home - she really knows her stuff! Rochelle is not one of those people you have to chase down for answers to your questions, nor does she make you wait around to find out what is going on! If you want to go through your home buying process with someone who will tell you like it is and honestly and genuinely look out for your best interest, Rochelle is who you want!! There is no one else I would rather go through the process with, it was a pleasure working with her - I highly recommend you do too and will be referring her to friends and family.

We were fortunate and blessed to be matched with the perfect realtor to guide and take care of us in this housing market. We linked up with Rochelle in December 21, shared our ideal home and search criteria, and started shopping in March 22. Within a span of a month, we toured and/or received detailed information on dozens of houses, neighborhoods, and surrounding areas, and had an offer accepted. Being a military family in another state, Rochelle effectively and seamlessly communicated via phone calls, texts, emails, video calls/virtual tours; plus, pictures and video recordings. Further, she helped to facilitate, expedite, and smooth processes with our loan officer and loan processor. Her wealth of experience, knowledge, and expertise in the industry was instrumental in conveying our VA loan to sellers and their respective agents who were relatively unfamiliar and initially unreceptive. Rochelles mastery of administrative requirements was impressive as she quickly worked with us to draft offers and contracts. We could count on her to be available around the clock, 7 days a week, to address questions, comments or concerns. Further, even after closing, as it would be a month before we moved in, she graciously dropped by our house periodically to check our mail, and coordinated a home inspection and mitigator install per our request. Rochelle is personable and family oriented, chatting with us about our needs and wants for our kids, and [small talking] with our 2 year old too, plus she spent countless hours knitting a blanket for our baby due this Fall. If youre looking for an agent to buy or sell your home, LOOK NO FURTHER! Rochelle is AMAZING and she will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy! We were moving to the area from out of state and were in a situation where we needed to sell our previous home prior to buying a new one. Rochelle kept in constant contact to see how things were going while monitoring the market in the towns we were interested in. We received an offer on our old home on a Tuesday and by that Thursday Rochelle had set up 10 homes for us to look at on Saturday. This was crucial to us as my husband had started a new job, we were living apart during that time while trying to sell our previous home, and we were expecting a baby in 1.5 months. She also set up more showings for us on Monday so we could be sure that we had seen everything available to us which fit our needs. She did tons of background work to make sure the offer we were putting in was reasonable and she was committed to making sure that we were comfortable with it and that we were not paying too much. If you cant already tell, we LOVE Rochelle! She walked us through every step of the way and always kept us up to date. She answered all our questions (some of them multiple times and some that our selling agent should have been answering) and had great access to contractors and was even willing to get us quotes on some work we wanted done on the house. Rochelles consummate professionalism and excellence in going the extra mile allowed us to close on both houses the same day without issue and I am positive that this would not have happened without her help! We will be forever grateful for her guiding us through this process! Even once we were moved in (with a 3 yr old and 2 week old) she was able to get an electrician to come out to us immediately in the same during a sweltering heat spell when our air conditioning broke. He actually mentioned to us that without her calling he wouldnt have been able to respond for several days. We really could go on and on about Rochelle and we cannot thank her enough!
