Hope this review gives you the direction you need. Trying to find a house in a small community area when moving from out of state is stressful. My wife and I looked from Galena to Rockford. Lori was great to work with. She told us to be patient and not to rush. We had tried to work with another agency in the area, however responses were slow, and we were being told to offer over asking. I found Lori as I had decided to work independently. Lori said there was no reason to offer over asking. We made an offer on first home, however during inspection many electrical issues arose. Lori said probably best to move to something else. Always had our best interest at heart. You can't go wrong. She made my wife and I feel comfortable. She was great on closing day when seller had a small issue we need resolved. I should have written this months ago, but just got busy with new job.
