Our family are exceedingly obliged for the consignment of professionalism and extreme efforts in providing the unparalleled attention to the needs of our family during the transition of selling our home, in which we had cherished and shared many memorable moments in over the years to progressing onto the next chapter in our lives in the purchase of our new family dream home! We are not first time home owner's & we are fully aware of the anxiety and strain that can come from and during the process. This was absolutely not the case with Michael. In fact, he never missed a call, text or email. He was attentive to our needs and our circumstances and made himself readily available to answer or assist us when we needed him most! Our family is truly grateful and without hesitation, we highly recommend Michael without reservation to anyone who might be interested in purchasing or selling a home in the future.

Please bear with this review/recommendation as it is lengthy, but I feel worth the read.
I am a veteran, serving honorably in the U.S. Army for 13 years. My Wife and I were in a neighborhood and saw an open house sign and thought, why not check it out. This is where we met Michael. At this time, we were not looking to buy and were up front about that, but we were considering a change as we recently purchased a home a year prior.
Michael was understanding. He told us a little about the home we were in, and cordial. He did no such overbearing sales tactics, trickery, etc. He was just a friendly person. I pride myself in reading people, and had a good vibe about him.
About 2 months later, my wife and I found a home that we absolutely loved, but was a bit out of our price range, and we needed to sell our home (mind you, only a year in). While the home we fell in love with (a new build) was not available, another home was. We decided to try to go for it, and contacted Michael about helping us sell our current house.
He came over, he coordinated pictures to be taken, and helped us list it. He was so flexible with our schedule, and helped us out in everything you can possible imagine. He truly went above and beyond what I thought an agent would. Then we ran into some trouble stay with me
My father had fallen ill. At this time, we needed to stay put, we needed to spend money to aid in my fathers health, and unfortunately take our house off the market. I was nervous to tell Michael and when I did, I found support that I did not know was there. He was empathetic, he was understanding, and took our home off the market. He checked in over the course of months to see how my family was doing. Never to try to re-connect about selling our house, but to see how we were emotionally. It was amazing, and we were grateful.
After some time, we were able to overcome our family troubles, thankfully everything turned out well with my father and we were considering trying again for a new home. We did a quick search and saw the original home that was unavailable just came back on the market! Things happen for a reason! So we were excited, but still cautious because we would have to sell our home. So we called the only person we trusted Michael.
Michael not only was all on it he immediately worked with us to set up an open house the following weekend. He helped us list our home for a great price, and even helped us get the new home price negotiated lower.
After our first open house, (mind you in about a week of us listing it) we had 2 offers! One was slightly below our asking price, the other was our exact listing price, and offering to absorb concessions (after some negotiation). Michael expertly handled everything, was open and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. It was amazing.
Because of Michael, my wife and I turned a modest profit on the sale of our home (after only owning it for a year) and were able to purchase our dream home at a cost lower then what we were originally going to offer.
Without any reservations, I would recommend Michael every time I can.
If you are looking for someone who communicates, keeps you apprised, and truly looks out for youthere is no other person I can think of than him.
