Tonya made moving out of state less stressful. This was my first home buying experience & she was extremely helpful and awesome. She would go to houses I liked & take videos/pictures if I couldn't make it to TN fast enough. In this crazy house market, houses are sold so fast. I was thrilled with having a Realtor that would do that for me to make sure I didn't miss out. She never pushed for a sale to happen like some do. She made sure the house would be what I was looking for & let me know if anything was wrong. She always was there to answer any questions I had thoroughly & would make sure I understood. Let me tell you the truth about Tonya. I started working with Tonya officially in February 2020. I was a first time (single) homebuyer. I say this because I have 3 small children and it's just me as the only adult in the home. I did not know anything about buying a home other than the simple fact that I did not want to rent anymore. Tonja definitely went above and beyond her job. 5 stars really isnt enough to give her. My husband and I were relocating from Florida and we were looking for a new home to move into quickly. I searched for homes on Spring Mountain Reality, PLLC online in the Greeneville area and found a few I wanted to look at, I have to say that searching for homes on that website was easy to navigate. Once, I selected homes that I wanted to see Tonja contacted me right away and we agreed on a time for showing the homes in the short time we had left in TN. The bonus for me that she was also a Floridian even lived in the town we are from small world! We felt comfortable with Tonja, she was patient, caring, flexible, and super quick to respond to our questions. She was knowledgeable about the area and gave great advice about a few small things we missed about the home. When buying a home you want the realtor to be persistent, reachable, professional and knowledgeable and not pushy. Tonya has to be the most attentive realtor Ive ever dealt with here in Tennessee. HIGHLY knowledgeable about property both structures and laws. She has taught me a lot when it come to buying a home and what to look for in a house. Being that this is my first home purchase, I didnt know a thing but put complete trust in Tonya and her team. Theyve worked with me and my wife diligently because we are incredibly picky and couldnt agree on anything.
