Joe sent a house our way for us to look at and my partner and I weren't impressed by the photos at first but Joe knew better. We fell in love after seeing it in person. Since the house came on such a short notice, we were a little worried that it would be too late since we were up against few other bids, fortunately in the end Joe worked his magic and was able to get us the house!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Joe. He understands the market in Dane County, the differences in what you can get for your money in each area. I was a patient first time buyer and Joe was willing to work with me over an extended period (my choice) while we kept our eyes open for value in a frenzied seller's market (2019-2020). I walked into Starks office on Cottage Grove Rd some months ago and met Joe Dlugosz. I told Joe I would like to find a place with no steps and a 2 car garage. It could be a single family home or a condo. So Joe set forth searching several locations for me of both types. We looked at several and even bid or were ready to bid on some when poof... they were gone. It's a seller's market and places were going fast. Joe did not let that deter us and we plodded along. Then one day he found the perfect Condo for me. One without steps, except the basement and a TWO CAR GARAGE! I jumped on it and Joe acted quickly and lo and behold, we got it. I wasn't even moved in yet when Joe found a potential buyer for my current residence, also a condo. Soon we had an offer that met what I wanted and I accepted.
