Words cannot express how amazing working with Sean and Jake (The Realtor Hubbies) was during the build of our new home, but I will do my best. Originally my husband and I were looking to buy a duplex and Sean looked high and low in our price range and desired areas, we saw a handful of listings but unfortunately we were up against investors that had deeper pockets than we did and we kept having properties swept out from under us. We got quite discouraged and decided to re-evaluate our game plan, this was when we decided to look into new construction. Once we found a builder that had a price range, location, and floor plan/ esthetic that we wanted for our new build, we started the building process. My husbands work schedule made it hard for him to be at most of the builder meetings but without skipping a beat Sean and/or stepped up and filled in at EVERY meeting! The Realtor Hubbies (Jake & Sean) have been the best thing that has ever happened to my wife and I when trying to buy a home. We were only on the market looking for about 2-3 weeks till we found our dream house. We were up against 12 offers and won. We were able to get $4,000 in repairs and $6,000 in closing costs payed for by the seller. They honestly made the whole process so easy. I trusted who they recommended for the lender, house inspections and house insurance and we didnt have one setback (Smooth as can be). I couldnt have asked them to do a single thing more, they truly took care of everything. We even got to close on our house a week early. I always hear about bad experiences when coming to buy a house but let me tell you, I truly didnt have a single bad experience. My wife wanted Jake and Sean to be our realtors to sell our home, and I was a little hesitant at first because Ive seen Homie ads and wondered if we needed a realtor at all. But we wanted/needed our home to sell fast and I didnt have time to navigate ALL the stuff that goes into selling a home, and I definitely dont know how to make sure Im not making amateur mistakes when it comes to things like staging the house for photos, creating a listing, appraisals, inspections, contracts, deadlines, offers, counter-offers, multiple-bids, etc. etc.

Simply put, Sean is an excellent realtor and knows his craft extremely well. He has helped us with multiple transactions over the past year and each of them has gone well. Sean went above and beyond by finding us our dream condo downtown the moment it was listed. Due to his timeliness we were able to get in for the first showing. Multiple other offers were received by the seller but Sean worked with us and spoke with the seller's agent and made sure our offer was the one they chose.
Sean was also able to get us the extensions we needed in order to switch lenders, which was amazing and will save us thousands of dollars in the long run. We just closed on our new condo today and we couldn't be happier or more satisfied with our experience with Sean.
