Bobbie became our realtor by happenstance and our friend by choice. We knew we wanted to move to the Thomasville area and I ran across a house I wanted to look at in the area and we happened to be in town but the house was listed through Zillow. I sent a message I wanted to look at it and were there any realtors available to show it? Somehow Bobbie was contacted and she agreed to show us the house and I am so glad she did. It turned out NOT to be a house that would work for us but I knew right away I wanted Bobbie as our realtor. She was kind and patient and patient and patient! She had more patience than anyone I've ever met. I KNOW I must have physically looked at over 30 houses and poor Bobbie was patiently there for every one of them. We looked in Cairo, Camilla, Boston and everywhere in Thomasville over the next 2 months. We were living right outside Atlanta at the time and when we'd be coming to Thomasville I'd call Bobbie and give her a list of houses and she'd figure a way to look at them. She even did a couple of virtual walkthroughs by FaceTime with me. There were a few we put bids on but missed out on and poor Bobbie was patiently there finding another house for us to look at. The house we ended up with was not one I would have picked to even look at but she was insistent. She said you really need to physically look at the house (we had previously lost out on another house on the same street) because I think you might like it. I begrudgingly looked at the house and we loved it. If Bobbie hadn't been insistent we would have lost out on the house we now own and love. After spending so much time with her I now consider her a friend and I'd trust her again and again and I recommend her again and again. You can't go wrong with Bobbie. She will move mountains to find the right house for you or sell your house for you. I can't recommend her enough. 2020
Im not sure how I ended up with Bobbie as my realtor but from the beginning she was professional and supportive especially when I was extremely doubtful of finding a home that was right for me and in my budget. She made herself available on short notice, weekends, during a thunderstorm, rescheduled plans just to be available and show a potential home I was interested in. If she could not be available then she made sure to have a replacement scheduled to show me the house just to avoid the risk of losing a potential home. I am lucky but also grateful to have had Bobbie as my realtor during one of the most important and life changing times in my life in becoming a home owner. I would hope that anyone and everyone looking to purchase a home ends up with Bobbie as their realtor, she was my realtor and became someone I consider a friend for life!
