Stan was so incredibly helpful to and patient with me. Because I was an out of state buyer, I had to rely on him totally. He carefully steered me to suitable properties. He did extensive videos so it was almost as if I was there viewing them myself. He spent endless hours on the phone with me during the search process and never made me feel like an imposition. I went under contract on two houses before "the one" but Stan was not upset when those deals didn't go through. His primary concern was always that I got into the right home for me. The seller's agent for the home I purchased was not responsive and became more difficult as closing approached, but Stan was a persistent advocate for my interests. He consistently went far above and beyond expectations.
Having Stan as my agent was an absolute blessing. He quickly demonstrated in many ways that he was an honest and ethical person with high standards who would only act in my best interests. If not for my faith in Stan, there is no way I would have had the confidence necessary to go forward purchasing a property I could not see for myself.
