He came prepared comps in hand and with his vast knowledge of the hunt county market we knew right away we were with the best realtor for us . We had been trying to sell another home we had with no activity, so we decided to list this home with Kevin, right away we felt comfortable with his plan of action and his ability to help us with our listing. We listed it and our home went active on a Friday morning, Monday morning Kevin brought us a contract for full list price. We have nothing but great things to say about how he helped us during the listing, the option period and finally thru the closing of the home, he was not always able to answer the phone when we called with questions, but was always quick to return the call when he was available.
