Cristie Arnold knows what she's doing in the Oak Harbor real estate world. We met Cristie in the spring of 2023, our home went on the market in July and sold in October 2023. All good! A good friend recommended Cristie. Our friend trusted Cristie, her character, energy, and attention to detail. Her energy and attention to detail qualities were evident on first meeting, a kitchen table style meeting and walk around our place over 2-3 hours. Her character surfaced early on and was affirmed throughout and to the end of closing. Cristie completed any necessary paperwork, always consulting us along the way by sending us copies via email or text, and using docu-sign to achieve any task that required our signatures. Working with Cristie was easy! Frankness and honesty feature strongly in her style, and that is exactly what we needed. This was the first house we'd sold, and getting the facts of the matter straight from the beginning helped tremendously. Cristie and her team are incredibly responsive, and for most of the process I was measuring response times to texts and emails in minutes, sometimes hours, but never days. Even when there wasn't an answer to the question right away, something always came back almost immediately that someone was working on an answer. Cristie was extremely helpful as we moved across the country! With her help we were able to buy a house without visiting the local area or having to see the house in person. Her and her team put together extremely detailed video reviews of each and every house we were interested in that made us feel as if we were really there in person. The level of detail they took with the video reviews made us feel confident in all of our decisions and we ended up finding a really great home in a fantastic part of town which simply wouldn't have been possible had we only used Zillow or another website on our own. Besides the great video walkthroughs, they were responsive every time we needed help and when it was time to put an offer in they had everything finalized within an hour even though it was a Saturday morning. We were so lucky to find Cristie Arnold as our realtor. When I think of Cristie Arnold I think of the hardest working realtor on Whidbey Island. She goes the extra mile in everything she does. I had my consultation with her in January to sell my house and COVID-19 hit and she was extremely flexible with my situation (military). We met back up in April and she proposed a 360 virtual tour, which she did herself. Her 360 tour and wonderful pictures got my house under contract within 24 hours.
