We owned a nice 4 bedroom 3.5 bath townhouse that we rented out for 5 years. When we were ready to sell, the tenants decided to buy the townhouse! Marcus Robinson met with the tenants, explained the buying process, and determined the market value of the townhouse in it's current condition. Marcus represented us as the seller, and drafted a contract that was agreeable to all parties. The buyer obtained a loan and we closed the deal at settlement 30 days later! We were happy to sell at a good price and the buyers were happy to buy a home of their own! We highly recommend Marcus Robinson! We call Marcus "the problem solver."

Marcus Robinson is a problem solver! We had a townhouse with a tenant who didn't want to move out and had no plans to move out. Marcus worked with the tenant to find new housing. He also served as a calm negotiator between landlord and tenant, which helped to keep all parties calm. The end result was the tenant moved out, we prepared the property for sale, and 60 days later we sold our property!
