Before putting the house on the market, Wes set us up with a good team to get through some minor repairs and an excellent staging consultant. Between the general contractor, stager and photographer, Wes really has a solid team that is professional and delivers with high quality. After our house went under contract, Wes and Sarah stayed close to us to make sure everything went smoothly - and it did!
On the buying front, we were initially thinking of a new build with a custom builder. Wes met up with us and a couple of builders. Through each of the sessions. Wes provided great insights that helped us think of the long term investment potential of different choices throughout the custom build process. Again, he made it clear that the decision was ultimately ours, but his wisdom on realty truly helped us think about the bigger picture.
