Mary's postings on Facebook of her accomplishments and successes gave us confidence in her ability to handle our sale. She was so patient with our many questions and was always quick to respond. While our house was not a big sale, we appreciated that we were treated with the same effort and respect as one that is. While it was ultimately our decision, Mary's guidance of the offers we received and the negotiation with the final buyer was much appreciated. If we ever need a realtor again, it will definitely be with Mary.
