Tara was great to work with and answered all and every question I had. She goes out of her way to explain everything in depth and make sure things get done in a timely manor. She was there every step of the way. I highly recommend her to friends and family.
My wife and I found a home on Zillow we were interested in. Tera was appointed to us through Zillow. After talking with Tera we wanted to set an appointment and had some other questions about the property. Tera never called me back, never text back so I called her field office to try and connect with a different realtor, they assured me Tera would be a good realtor to handle the sell. Shortly afterwards I received a text from Tera confirming an appointment for 9am July 5th. My wife had worked the night before and into the morning of the 9th, rushed home to shower and back out to be on time for our appointment. Tera never showed. We waited at the home to be viewed for 5-10 minutes so i called. She sounded like she was in bed and the only thing she had said was I forgot that was enough to ruin our experience. That home is still for sale today. I guess the 4th of July was more important than commission on a $350,000 home. 2023
