Just want to provide a quick review of the experience I had with my Realtor in regard to handling the sale of my condo in Aurora. I asked my Realtor agent, Maggie Power to handle the sale because there was much concern about dealing with the association and getting the condo restored to it's original condition. She did an extraordinarily job with all that was handed to her. Can't think of anyone that could have done what she did and will always be grateful for her professional handling of the whole situation. She has the patience of a saint for sure.

Let me start by saying considering our circumstances I think its highly unlikely if me and my fiance worked with anybody BUT Maggie Im 100% positive we wouldnt be sitting in our beautiful new home right now. With how quick houses are going right now I have friends who have been looking over a year. From the time we contacted Maggie to close it was probably 3 months. Our financial history was a bit rough but she found us a lender who could work with us and took it from there. She was knowledgeable in the market and made sure we got a home with excellent potential for increase in value, always answered all of our questions concerning prices versus value etc and even the structure of the homes. She was responsive and beyond helpful every step of the way and o cant stress enough she made this happen when we had been told no already more than once. Beyond grateful for her! 2020
