We met Robert while we were just "shopping" for information on the market conditions and prices in Wintergreen Resort. After purchasing our condo approx. 4 years ago, my wife and I continued to soft search for land knowing we would like to retire in the area. We had our eye on a lot in Stone Orchard for some time but were continuing to look for other opportunities in Nelson County. One weekend afternoon while at our condo we decided we would come down off the mountain and see if there had been any changes in the lots available in Stone Orchard. We walked into the Wintergreen Reality Office in Nellysford and that's where we met Robert. What a nice guy! He answered our questions, provided us with additional information and really tried to get to know us as people more so than just a potential buyer/seller. Very personable, engaging with acute listening skills. When we finally left his office, my wife and I discussed the interaction and agreed that Robert would be the person we worked with if we decided to make any changes in realizing our dreams of permanently relocating to Nelson County.

Within two weeks of meeting with Robert we had decided not only on purchasing the lot we were interested in but also to have Robert list our condo for sale. That's where Robert's exceptional skill set shined through. He set up a meeting with us to walk through our condo. Provided his professional expertise on what needed to happen in order for us to sell our condo and had scheduled us to meet with the builder to get that process started as well. Needless to say, with Robert's guidance, we had several strong offers the same weekend we listed the condo and the process went smoothly without any hiccups.

Robert's experience and skill set lending itself well to our purchase and ultimately building our forever home as he himself was a builder prior to becoming a fantastic realtor and he helped us navigate the entire process. We have been so happy with Robert's professionalism and expertise that when my brother told me that he was looking for a realtor in the Nelson County area we did not hesitate to recommend Robert!!
