Where to begin... Cindy was incredible throughout this buying process. She was flexible with time which was great for a couple that sometimes works opposite shifts. We never felt pressured to make a quick and irrational choice and she educated us a lot about the process, what to expect, and broke things down into layman's terms sometimes. It could have been an overwhelming process for first-time home buyers, but Cindy made this process smooth and comfortable. We always knew she had our back through this whole thing and that she cared more about what we wanted than anything else. She would go above and beyond for us. Cindy is such a pleasure to know and work with.
