It was such a pleasure working with Christine! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable but she is highly responsive which allowed me to buy a property in this market. She made efficient use of time by providing excellent properties located geographically within at least 10 minutes of each other which allowed the possibility to see more in a shorter period. That was a plus for me since I had lived 50 miles away from the area in which I wanted to move. She was quick to investigate and answer questions making it feasible to decide to look at a property or immediately move on. After the contract was signed, she was an excellent advocate with strong negotiating skills, did not give up, and provided alternate negotiating options which moved the property to closing.
