The house is an old house and had many issues. We did the best we could considering our circumstances and Roseanna made it work even though there were many demands from buyers realtor. I was so worried that the process would be painful. We have had many previous issues with buying and selling other real estate and we were concerned that we would not be able to handle the sale of this house emotionally and financially. Century 21 and Roseanna made it work for us.
The buyers had a problem with the closing and could not come through as expected. It was over a week that we had to wait from the closing date until they actually signed the papers. It was scary, but Roseanna always had my back and she ultimately was the reason that we got them to the table at all.
