Gina knew the area well as she was our neighbor. That was one of the reasons we hired her. She also knew what price we neede to be at and she had a great photographer and she got it on the market fast. She also did an open house, which had a lot of foot traffic. Shes from the Tulsa area and just knows real estate well. She also had to work with our relocation co and she did a great job with that as well.
