Jose did the near impossible selling my home. Hurdles he jumped: Last minuet decision to sell. Owner (Me). too attached and not really wanting to let go. Home, garage and yard in construction disarray. A 144 page home inspection report. Unsettled divorce decree on title. Home split with cranky renter in daylight basement. Me requesting to Rent-back for 8 months. Only 1 open-house (again no staging). Chicken poop all over the everything. 1/3 driveway filled with building tools and materials. Joses home rental, flipping and managing experience was obvious as he guided me through decisions. With all the loose ends, there were at a hundred phone calls, maybe more for him, plus all the texts, but there was never a lag in response. Like a hound after birds. Did I mention I was out of town during the open-house and early stage of the process?
