Lily is a fantastic realtor. She helped me find my dream home and orchestrated a smooth close in 4 weeks! Her knowledge and experience proved excellent while she navigated me through the buying process and helped me to avoid a few mistakes along the way. This is the first home I have ever bought and it really is my dream home. Lily was helpful and took the time to explain the details to me every step of the way. She has a quick understanding of the terms of offers we made, and the responses from the other real estate agents. She not only helped me come up with a high-quality and competitive offer (which was quickly accepted by the sellers) on my dream home, but she also negotiated with the sellers to help me pay for a new roof! She is top notch and I really do recommend her to everyone.

We a great experience with Lily. My husband and I were in the market for our first house and we had about 5 months to buy something before we had to move for his new job. Lily was excellent at finding us open listing that fit our criteria and budget. We were in a difficult position because we had to be close to my husband's new work and the market in the area was extremely competitive, but Lily managed to find us something that was super close to my husband's new workplace and even had a fenced yard for our dog (well within our budget).
Lily was super helpful with the whole process. We were really worried about losing the house to another bidder, and Lily helped us through the process and gave us recommendations to make our bid more competitive and how to make ourselves more appealing as buyers. The whole process was so much smoother because Lily was involved.
We definitely bombarded her with questions the whole time and she never made us feel like a burden or like we should know something and we didn't. She was always responsive and gave us all the information we asked for. She was even incredibly honest about the houses we looked at. We did a viewing where we couldn't quite figure out why we didn't like the house, and she immediately knew there was not enough light for us.
She also has so many contacts in her network which is incredibly helpful. Through her we met a great inspector. I know some of the recommendations say get an inspector outside of your real estate agent, but Lily didn't just want us to buy a house, she wanted to help us buy THE house. If it was a terrible house, Lily would say so, and so we trusted her opinion and we got a great house and a great inspector.
This has turned into a rambling review, but Lily was truly wonderful and we were so lucky to have the opportunity to work with her. I cannot recommend her enough.
