Diana knew what work was needed on the house and what wasn't, and had responsive tradesmen to do it reasonably. We priced the house at the top of comparables in the area, though frankly it was a unique property so there weren't true comparables, but that worked out. We got an offer above the asking price the same day it was listed. She even dropped off delicious homemade soup when I got sick!
