When I signed up with Morgan in May of 2019; I didn't have much experience working with realtor agent in PA. I have plenty experience with agent in NY. Once I picked out the property and decided to make a visit (usually 2 - 3 at a time) Morgan would make sure the seller and their properties are ready and since I was coming from NYC (2 hours drive) it is important that I have amble time to see each properties. Morgan would have all the materials ready for me to take home to study after each visit. In September, the right house came along and we started to negotiate. She would be on top of every move and when the deal was finalized then the paper works began to flow back and forth. I even have my banker worked with Morgan directly. Well, thanks to Morgan, I have a beautiful house that I can call home. I highly recommend Mogan McMahon to anyone.
