We purchased a home listed by Alli earlier this year, as a buyer be certain to do your due diligence if there are any repairs or promised items that are supposed to be left in the home. We had to redo the majority of repairs that we allegedly done to the home, as well as a whole home generator that was listed and disclosed in the sellers agreement was taken by the previous owner of home, when this was brought to the attention on closing day, we were told originally that, that was between the seller and us, then we were told that it must have been stolen the day before closing and to file with insurance because the previous Owner refused to do anything, (it was not stolen) then we were told that Alli would pay a small partial compensation for the generator, her we are after 6 months of run around and Alli still not providing what she originally agreed too I wanted to be sure others were warned, to do multiple final walk throughs and check every document throughly as theyre clever in the wording that is used on any repairs they make.
