I just wanted to tell everyone how much we loved working with Tracy Righi-Smith. We lived in Colorado and we decided to move to Appleton WI to be closer to family. Tracy had to go to the houses we chose to look at "virtually" and was just unbelievable. I have a story about the house we did finally choose. We were on the phone with her and she was showing us the house through her phone while we were talking to her. I was like "Oh, wait what was that room?" or "Where is this and that?" She was running around this house up and down the stairs (at 7:30pm mind you) showing and explaining all the rooms and such. She gave us ideas on how to fix it up a bit, and even came over herself with her work gloves and pitched in to help! She knew how emotional it was for us, and she was empathetic. The house listed on Saturday evening, she had an Open House on Sunday, and we accepted an offer on Monday. The night before closing, my family met at the house to have dinner together one last time. Tracey stopped over to bring us ice cream treats! I can't say enough good things about Tracey's enthusiasm, kindness and professionalism. She was amazing! 2020
