I am an out of state buyer and while we had our challenges because of Covid, we were able to get this done and done with excellence and speed. Plus, Matt and TJ are good people. Fun to work with and a joy to be around. Their record-keeping, advice, and suggestions made it clear they knew the land, the market, and the people.
