Sabrina is the best. while buying we had a few criteria that made our buy a little harder then the average buy but Sabrina helped us the hole way. She was always ready and willing to take us to view any house we wanted. She was always prompt and on time with tons of information about the house and neighborhood. When we finally found one we wanted to put an offer in on she was able to give us a bunch of advise on what we should offer and different ways to make the offer appealing to the buyer. She was amazing. Gave me suggestions on what things I should focus on to update the house before I was even ready to sell. Like what things I should update and what things should leave in order to make the most on my investment. Her knowledge of the housing market mixed with a bunch of research for the area and was able to list my house for way more then I ever thought possible. We had over 10 bids in under 24 hours and she was able to help me sort them out to pick the best option (which was 10k over my asking price).
