Over the past year, Crystal has demonstrated unwavering professionalism, patience, and kindness as we navigated the sea of available properties; I did not make this easy on her for sure.
Professionalism without reproach; Crystal knows her stuff and is in your corner; never doubt that. This is a person you can give your particulars to and she will go out and find the right property.
Patience of a saint. As a son of a contractor and former builder myself, I know the opposite of quality when I see it; Crystal was a kindred spirit for sure. A conservative estimate would be 30 properties viewed over almost a year, some good, some not so much. Crystal remained patient as I punched holes in every property viewed and was stickler for the smallest of structural details.
A kinder soul you will not find. Let's face it, finding the right property is hard work for everyone involved overflowing with epic ups and downs. The house you had your heart set on goes to "pending" as you're driving to the showing, the house you put earnest money and due diligence funds towards falls apart due to a failed inspection, then finally the right house that checks all the boxes comes along. Crystal was there for everything with an encouraging word, empathy, and a rallying cry!
