She probably doesnt remember speaking to me a few weeks ago but I had interest in her listing. Beware She pushes you to conventional product and doesnt prepare her sellers for any other programs. Also pushing me to a different lender when I was approved from a local lender and was asked right upfront cant you go conventional even though I told her I wanted the usda loan. Didnt listen at all to what I wanted or needed. 2023
Very unprofessional. Forcing buyers to not use a local title company. As a local realtor you should be supporting local companies. She also pushes people to use her lender when I was well approved with another lender. I would not recommend her. 2024
Absolutely LOVED working with Norma Jean! She was on top of everything. Responses were fast. She knew exactly what we needed to do to sell our house fast (4 days after listing?!?!?) , and was so willing to answer all our questions, even if they seemed silly. By far the BEST realtor ever!!!
Norma Jean was extremely slow to respond. She waited 4 days from when the offer was submitted to respond back. Seems shady that she waited to provide offers and feedback. 2020
Norma Jean was an amazing realtor to work with! From initial contact to closing was just a little over 1 month (and that time was spent on process outside of her control). Norma Jean met us the following day after first contact, and before that day was out, we had offer, counter, counter-counter and acceptance. She made the process easy to navigate and complete. Even in the era of social distancing she was with us the entire way - prodding the parties to keep the process moving. I cannot say enough postive things about my experience working with Norma Jean. Norma Jean is truly exceptional in her knowledge and expertise as an agent, and was successful in quickly selling three separate properties, all of which could be fairly described as "difficult sells". She was supportive, informative and extremely helpful throughout all phases of these sales. Norma Jean has the most integrity of any agent I have worked with in my entire life, and I don't say that lightly. Finally, Norma Jean is also a truly lovely person. She is king, funny, and a true delight to work with in every sense.
