Gary and I were both open to Jacki's suggestions and I knew the two things more then anything. Must have window over Kitchen sink and walk in pantry. Then of course Gary starts with I want a 3 car garage and large yard also the location near water.. Gary was US Army 20 years, 22 OTR car hauler, then a school bus driver. My health was an issue so I said give him all he wants he has worked his whole life and I wanted him to really retire and start to enjoy his life. We always agreed to a home where Gary could go fishing and relax. Jacki did her job so well we are by Lake Holiday two blocks maybe from our front door, 3 car heated garage, nice yard about 1/2 an acre. Even better I got my window over the sink and walk in pantry. My only issue is he received a motorcycle chime for the garage. And I got paper towels plus two rolls of toilet paper. What was Jacki thinking... It's ok because we went from the closing to the house and he had to use the room. He says Deb where is the toilet paper I said use your chimes buddy. Another great thing about Jacki, if we called her and she was on another line by time we hung up she was returning the call. Never in our three months of searching to buy this home and sell our home did she not respond to the constant questions we would have for her. Prior to closing we wanted to come out and see the area a few times she made it happen. That's what makes her a great agent and a new family friend. Thank you Jacki from Gary & Debbie Manow.
