We recently hired Peggy as our Realtor to help us find a new home in Waunakee and we were absolutely blown away by the level of service you get from her her and her team. Her knowledge and connections in the industry make it hard to imagine how anyone else could compete with what she can do. She has advance knowledge of listings before they hit the market, she has the biggest names in the industry on 24/7 speed dial, and shes one of the more harder working people Ive ever met.
Before working with Peggy, we had been passively looking for almost two years so we had a pretty good handle on exactly what we wanted and still ended up looking for about 6 months before we found the perfect one. It was pretty amazing, for all the showings we went to and all the times we reached out with questions, she always handled things personally and with incredible speed. We joked a few times that there must be at least 3-4 Peggys since she always seemed to be in multiple places at once.
The house that we ended up getting came on the market on New Years Eve day. Peggy had us in the house that same day and back in the next day (New Years Day) to take a second look and then had our offer in and accepted shortly after. Now that I write this, I also realize that we were probably the type of clients Realtors dread since we were so picky and probably high-maintenance, haha. But if thats the case, Peggy never so much as alluded to it and dealt with us with a huge welcoming smile every time.
