Sarah was really amazing to work with she really helped me understand the process as this was my first time buying a house. The whole process was stressful and new but Sarah was good at making sure I understood everything and was constantly assuring me the whole way that it would all work out ! I really appreciated when she was too the point on details as well she never beat around the bush if she didnt think a certain aspect of a house would be a safe purchase she laid it on the table right away and told me the concerns with it down the road , one example was a Bowing basement wall! She pointed it out and recommended we not pursue this as the future cost and repairs were high!
