My experience with Davis was outstanding. He came into this sale after an unpleasant experience with another realtor. But he was honest from the beginning. He didn't pretend to lead me down some primrose path. The house had several material/repair issues that I was not made aware of by the previous realtor and he took pictures and showed me some noticeable things about the house to make it more attractive to a buyer. He was not shy about it. He knows his business and how to make big issues into little issues. He stayed in communication (important to me as I live 1300 miles away) and always let me know of any issues affecting the house or a potential buyer. I am pleased and would absolutely recommend him to any other seller or buyer.
