Ms. Smith is a nice lady, but she had no remorse for costing me over one thousand dollars. The seller back out because he wanted to sell a house for 89000 but it wasn't even worth 50,000. She told me that the house was at least worth 70,000 to 75000. She stated that a property was worth a value that it was not. Moving forward, I am working with another relator within the agency, but she is nice. She made all her business buddies money.
