As a first time home buyer in a really tough market, I needed someone to walk me through the process of finding, offering, and ultimately closing on my perfect home. Collin was more than ready to take on the task of helping someone as clueless as me through every step of the process. Together with his excellent negotiation skills, awesome recommendations of lender and title company, we were able to close on a new home in just 10 days. This is lightening speed and ultimately I think it was a big part of the seller accepting our offer when they had offers for more money from other potential buyers. Collin was able to put together a competitive offer that was enticing to the sellers and all without us having to pay ridiculous amounts over appraised value. He keeps things simple, and takes time to make relationships with selling agents to get the best insight before crafting his offers. Collin is fabulous in so many ways but one thing I really appreciated was his willingness to hit the market hard initially. This allowed us to find the right home quickly, get in an offer, and close all within about a months time. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with Collin as an agent, and now friend.
