Sara was great at accommodating our schedule and getting to the heart of what we were really looking for in a home. When it came to buying a new home, she helped us think creatively on houses (for example: I liked the lot of one house but it was only 3 bedrooms so she helped bring a contractor to the viewing so that we could see if we could make it work for our family). We ultimately ended up building a home, but she was even super helpful and supportive during that process. Sara did a remarkable job helping my family with a tough-to-place situation on an out-of-state, down-size relocation for our mother. Due to health issues, the list of demands was high on a new space, made more complicated with family input from three states and an out-of-town purchaser. Sara was extremely patient as we looked at properties and worked through what would (and would not) work for our family situation. Through it all, she was dedicated to helping us find the best solution for our unique situation, which ended up being a condo in a co-op.
