It was a joy to work with Adrianna on the selling of our house! I initially, did not want to sell our house, realizing the amount of work that would be required to get it ready. Adrianna told us the things that were important to get done and what we really didn't need to do. She even helped us several times, from staining our deck, to helping redo flooring in our kitchen. I bought my first house in September and came into it without too much knowledge of what to look for or all of the steps that come after your offer is accepted. Adrianna blew me away with how much she knew about everything from beginning to end. She had so much knowledge in what each city offered, code issues within every house, and price values for the area. I had so many questions after being approved that I would ask prior to moving in and even after moving in regarding how things worked, who I should contact for certain house/payment issues and so many other questions i would have never thought of having and she would know 99% of the answers and if she didn't know something, she would work diligently with either my loan team or the owner to find the answer in a timely manner. She even continued to check in weekly after I moved into the home to make sure everything was okay and if I had any questions. I could not have been more pleased with my experience buying a house.
