Mr. Jones was the seller's agent. I am out of state and texted him some questions relating to 2 properties I was interested in that were both owned by the same seller. Mr. Jones put in writing that he walked through the house and there was no evidence of water or moisture in the basement and that the roof, 4 furnaces and 4 hotter heaters were 5 years old. I proceeded with the inspections based on these representations as I did not have funds for major repairs and discovered that the roofs were over 50 years old and in terrible condition, the furnaces were over 30 years old and the hot water heaters were well over 5 years old. I would never recommend dealing with him or using him as your agent. He just completely lied to me to make the sales. 2022
