She's immersed in the community, has outstanding people skills, an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market, and unquestioned credibility with her colleagues in Montrose. I made a contingent offer on the place I purchased. The first contract on the sale of my property fell through a couple weeks before closing. Remarkably, Delphine was able to keep the contingent contract in place. I got another, higher offer on my place within 36 hours, and closed three weeks later than the original date. Delphine knows her stuff.

Delphine is an incredible realtor to work with! She recently helped us sell our house in Olathe and is extremely knowledgeable and well connected. Through networking she had a potential buyer interested days before our home was even listed. Even though there was already a buyer interested, she still made sure excellent pictures and a video tour were taken and did a great job of describing the house for the listing. We accepted an offer the day after the house hit the market. Once the deal was underway an issue came up with the access easement. She made sure everything was done properly to ensure that the buyer had all the necessary documentation, and helped us get everything taken care of quickly.
