Eileen helped me sell my mother's house that I grew up in. This was no ordinary sale. The house was plagued with a host of issues ranging from squatters to structural problems to a complicated septic system replacement and more. Eileen spearheaded each of these issues, as I live an hour away from the property, and plowed through them with gusto. She was always available for any questions/comments and her knowledge about the process was unparalleled. 10/10 would work with her again.
