Derrick is a true professional in every sense, he walked us through a rough process buying real estate from 850 miles away. Our situation which wasn't an easy one by any means, yet Derrick stuck with us every step of the way! He was thorough and explained everything, kept us informed and made it easy to understand from day 1 to making the offer, working with our lender and inspectors to ensure a smooth outcome. There were times when we thought our cross country move might not happen, Derrick was there to pick up our spirits , keep us on track, he remained calm, positive and diligent. He provided excellent advise and professional wisdom to make sure our dreams came true. When we would doubt or say it cant be done, Derrick says lets figure this out together! He listened to our needs, wants and concerns and found us our dream home! Derrick is just natural at what he does, he has a problem solver mindset, he is a self motivated entreprener with an engaging personality and understands the houseing market. With his honesty, integrity, and caring personality Derrick is similar in nature to a conductor of a symphony, coordinating the different players to make a sucessful transaction a reality! At many different points in the process he was a salesperson, buyers advocate, an analyst, a business manager, a negotiator and a marketer just to name a few. The fluctuations in the real estate market have been difficult during 2020,s trying times with the pandemic Derrick never let that affect us. He took all precautions, made us comfortable and safe the whole time. The day before Christmas, Derrick showed up with Persimmon pudding to welcome us to the neighborhood and to a real country Christmas, that's the kind of gentleman Derrick is !
