If you are looking to buy or sell I can't recommend Greta highly enough. From the get go she understood our needs and what we were looking for. She narrowed down our search to just the ideal properties we wanted. After showing us several options we found the perfect home. She negotiated the best possible price that won the deal for us. That was just the beginning. Right after our offer was accepted she handled every step of the process for us since we were not local and quickly solved any issues that came up. While the sellers agent was not the best to deal with she handled everything professionally and communicated with us regularly to keep us up to date. She handled getting inspections done in two days, and helped us with meeting contractors for us for minor repairs we wanted done once we took ownership of the home.
